the AFK guy isn't the problem. its the guy who is hunting, and is not afk. the issue with cloaking isn't an issue with cloaking. its an issue with local, and how its a perfect intelligence tool.

ccp has already said they plan to make sentries in lowsec have damage increasing with time. So when you agress, a t1 frig would be safe, but after a few minutes, their damage would be able to threaten even a triaged capital.

You realize that the computer DOES manage the heat. Thats its designed fire rate. "Overheating" is just that... pushing the module beyond its limits, thus damaging it.

I too would love to see the number of available capital ships expanded out sideways. Not sure if this is the way to go, but AFAIK, its something CCP has commented about in the past that they would LIKE to do at some point.
